Month-of Coordination
Investment $1,800

Services begin 45 days before your wedding

  • Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day

  • One planning meeting (virtual or in-person) plus a detailed online questionnaire to gather all logistics

  • Unlimited communication via email throughout the coordination period

  • Final venue walkthrough coordination and attendance

  • Comprehensive wedding weekend timeline, covering rehearsal through grand exit

  • Vendor coordination, including:

    • Sending a welcome/introduction email

    • Finalizing vendor details

    • Distributing the timeline and floor plan

    • Confirming arrival times

    • Serving as the primary point of contact on the wedding day

  • Planning resources, including month-of, week-of, and day-of checklists

  • One-hour rehearsal coordination alongside your officiant

  • End-of-night breakdown assistance, including packing personal items and décor, overseeing vendor cleanup, and assisting with loading vehicles

Partial Planning
Investment $2,500

Services begin 6 months before your wedding

  • Up to 15 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day

  • Three planning meetings (one may be in person at a rental showroom, venue, or similar location) plus a detailed online questionnaire to gather all logistics

  • Unlimited communication via email throughout the planning period

  • Final venue walkthrough coordination and attendance

  • Comprehensive wedding weekend timeline, covering rehearsal through grand exit

  • Vendor support, including taking over vendor communication and providing trusted vendor recommendations

  • Light day-of setup, such as guestbook, welcome sign, place cards, favors, and other small details
    (full décor setup available as an add-on)

  • Planning resources, including monthly checklists beginning 6 months out

  • Ongoing planning guidance to tie up loose ends and assist with remaining decisions

  • One-hour rehearsal coordination alongside your officiant

  • End-of-night breakdown assistance, including packing personal items and décor, overseeing vendor cleanup, and assisting with loading vehicles

Full Planning
Investment Starting at $4,500

Services begin as soon as you book

  • Full day-of coordination and event management, with arrival when the venue opens or when the first vendor arrives

  • Up to 15 hours of on-site coordination on the wedding day

  • One virtual planning meeting per month, up to a maximum of 12

  • Up to four in-person planning meetings (rental showroom, venue, or similar locations)

  • Unlimited communication via email throughout the planning process

  • Final venue walkthrough coordination and attendance

  • One day-of assistant included (additional assistants may be required based on event scope and size)

  • Comprehensive vendor support, including attending vendor meetings, maintaining ongoing communication, providing recommendations, bookings, contract reviews and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the planning process

  • Payment support, with clients paying vendors directly at their contracted deadlines and reminders provided to stay on track

  • Priority setting and budget guidance, including use of a budget tool to support informed planning decisions

  • Accommodation and transportation coordination for the wedding weekend

  • Planning resources, including monthly checklists beginning 12 months out

  • Design support and event-day styling, bringing your vision to life through décor selections, signage design, attire sourcing, tablescape styling, stationery guidance, and more

  • Day-of décor setup based on the approved design plan, including welcome table, cake table, ceremony décor, signage, and table settings (chargers, napkins, candles, and similar items)

Note: This package does not include placement of tables, chairs, floral installations, catering or food displays, or other large vendor-specific items.

Event Day Styling (Set-up)

On event day, we’ll handle décor setup to ensure our shared vision comes to life! This includes styling elements such as the welcome table, signage, ceremony accents, tablescapes, and other decorative touches.

Pricing may vary based on design complexity and guest count.

Note: This service does not include setup of large-scale items such as tables, chairs, floral installations, catering displays, or other vendor-specific elements.

Wedding Day Timeline Creation

Receive a custom day-of timeline perfectly tailored to your special day and will list specific times for all special moments, vendor arrival/departure times, song selections, ceremony processional details, etc. This service includes 1 consultation and an online questionnaire to gather all the details and must be booked at a minimum of 30 days prior to wedding day.

Documents will be delivered 2 weeks prior to event date.
