Hi, I’m Natalie — the heart behind High Society Events. I believe your wedding shouldn’t feel like a production; it should feel like you. Your style. Your story. Your people. Your kind of celebration.
Based in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, I started High Society Events in 2024 with one simple goal: to help couples create weddings that are beautiful, intentional, and truly personal. I make every detail seamless and stress-free.
Whether you’re dreaming of a grand affair or an intimate gathering, I handle everything — from vendor communication and timeline management to design details that tie the whole day together. I also offer a curated collection of upscale rentals, including custom signage, elegant pedestals, and statement backdrops, to elevate your event and bring your vision to life.
What I love most about my work is the connection. I take the time to get to know you, your families, and your vision, so you feel supported and confident throughout the planning process. My goal is simple: to let you relax, be present, and enjoy every single moment of your wedding day.

Meet Natalie
Hey y’all! I’m a born-and-raised Houstonian now calling Kempner, Texas home with my wonderful husband, Kaleb, and our sweet fur babies. I’m a proud Tarleton State alum (Go Texans!) and discovered my true calling in the world of weddings shortly after graduating in 2021. My journey began as a venue manager and in-house coordinator, and after planning my first wedding in 2022, I was hooked. I fell in love with every part of the process — the relationships, the creativity, and the pure magic of watching two people say “I do.” That same year, I attended the Wedding MBA Conference in Las Vegas and became a certified wedding coordinator (champagne definitely followed!). By late 2024, after plenty of dreaming and a few pep talks, I launched High Society Events — and I’ve been helping couples bring their wedding visions to life ever since. My goal is simple: to make your planning experience as joyful and stress-free as the day itself. When I’m not coordinating beautiful celebrations, you’ll find me on the golf course, at the lake, traveling, or spending time with family, friends, and our pups. I’m passionate about creating unforgettable moments — and I can’t wait to help make yours one of them.
